A Day at the beach…
Training notesThis may sound like crazy advice but think what you will.
For the past two weeks I’ve been suffering with a torn and swollen pectoral muscle. I’ve tried medication, massage and rest which only offered marginal improvement. Today it feels great! After two days at the beach, it feels almost like new. The soreness and tender to the touch is gone! Now for the record I did not lay on the beach and sleep, my total blanket time was around 1 hour. I did spend a lot of time in the water and the rest walking the shore and a little time building a sand castle! π Now I don’t have any hard evidence but hopefully others will read this and comment on their experiences. But there is something magical in the sea air and water that helps to heal the body.

I too have felt what you describe to be the healing power of nature. I would go so far to say that it is the healing power of yourself and not that around you.. because we are one with the emptiness that we come from.
