Here is one of my favorite from 1999 by Wayne Dalgish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"240\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 320 \/ 240;\" width=\"320\" controls src=\"https:\/\/karatetraining.org\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/kidkarate-2008.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">While Wayne was comically animated, his form was excellent.
